Many of you may remember Alexis Spight from this past season of BET’s Sunday’s Best. For those who don’t know, Alexis was the runner-up, although she did not win she went on to sign a record deal with World Music Entertainment (Matthew Knowles Gospel label).
Alexis is getting ready to drop her debut gospel album dubbed “L.O.L.: Living Out Loud” which will drop on March 12, 2013. Check out a sneak peek of her new video “Steady”, a song she wrote that she describes as a prayer to keep her grounded and in His will, when the world is pulling her in different directions. She says the song’s upbeat tempo and “go go beat” will bless all kinds of people.
