CHRIS TUCKER’S $11.5M (WESLEY SNIPES) IRS DEBT JOKE GOES WRONG; IRS RESPONDS!

Comedian Chris Tucker must have thought the IRS forgot all about his $11.5M tax debt filed back against him in 2010.  During one of his recent standup routines, Chris jokingly stated “that’s the last time I let Wesley Snipes help me out with my taxes.

Off-course Uncle Sam didn’t find anything funny about the joke as they still want their gotda*mn money.  If Chris Tucker doesn’t pay up soon he will soon find himself telling jokes right in the cell next to Wesley Snipes, now let’s see him laugh about that one.

The Scoop:

The IRS hasn’t forgotten about Chris Tucker’s $11.5 million debt.  Uncle Sam is still trying to collect their cash … 17 months after slapping the actor with a big, fat tax bill.

According to the L.A. County Recorder’s Office, the lien issued against Tucker back in July 2010 is still active … which means, he still owes money … which means the government can legally seize his assets.

The IRS claims Tucker stiffed them out of income tax during multiple years … including 2001, when Tucker allegedly raked in a $20 mil payday for “Rush Hour 2.”

No comment from Tucker’s camp. [source]

Looks like the IRS has the last laugh now.
